The Mediums Book This is the second volume of Spiritualism coding. Shortly after the publication of The Book of Spirits, basic work of the doctrine in 1857, Kardec launched in 58, a little book titled Practice Directions On the Spiritualists manifestations. It was a test for the preparation of The Mediums Book, which can only appear in 1861. Published this, Kardec suppressed that. Nevertheless, 65 years later, in 1923, Jean Meyer, then director of the House of Spiritualists, decided to reissue the instructions to move along with this book, considering that little book useful for initiation in psychic matters. In Brazil, Cairbar Schutel in its graphical Matao also launched the instructions in our language.
